All Care Dental

Digital X-rays and imaging.

X-rays here are digital, so the image is up on the screen while you are still in the chair, at a lower dose than the film it replaced.

In the treatment room

  • A sensor on the arm beside the chair, for one tooth or a small set.
  • A panoramic unit, for a single picture of the whole jaw, both joints and the wisdom teeth.
  • A screen at the chair, so you see what the dentist is looking at before anything is decided.

How often X-rays are taken depends on your history and your risk of decay, not on the calendar. More about X-rays and imaging.
